On The Death of Mother's Cookies
The Pink and white animal cookies with frosting are probably my favorite cookie of all time, when I was living in Argentina, my parents would send a box full of those cookies for Christmas every year, that's how much I love them.
A couple funny comments I read on The consumerist echo my sentiments...
I could handle the $2 Trillion Dollar loss. My 401k has taken a beat'n but I'll survive. The fat cats on Wall Street stealing my kids tax money was pretty bad. BUT I AM [MAD] AS HELL THAT MY FAVORITE COOKIES AS A KID WILL NO LONGER BE AROUND. THIS IS WAR!(comment)

I'm going to go buy some. And then get a vasectomy. Because, dammit, I don't want to bring children into a world without frosted Circus Animal cookies. (comment)
Dee and I went tried to find the Circus Animal Cookies at a few local stores and came out empty handed, I was pretty depressed. I guess we will just have to try and make our own.
